Partick Laroche was very informative with all of the options and packages that were available to us. He gave us pros and cons to all. He was not pushy as that would have turned us right off. We knew what we wanted and the staff at Dilawri Kia were right there at our fingertips to help us get through this quickly and efficiently, We are now driving our new 2013 Kia Rio and we LOVE it !!!!!!! We purchased our first minivan as a family through this dealership, and we are overall very pleased with our purchase. The price was right, they were very good with making the used Sedona we purchased affo dealership, and we are overall very pleased with our purchase. They were very pleasant people to work with, and we haven't had any problems with the van or the service we have received. We were a bit displeased with what we felt were some slightly deceptive comments, meant to distract us from possible issues with our vehicle. (i.e. joking that the van had been in a major collision, in order to distract us from the fact that it HAD been in a minor collision.) Also, we felt we were very deceived on how much our extended warranty covers. There are many, many exceptions that the warranty does not cover, of which we were led to believe it did. Lesson learned on our part: Read all the small print, and within the 30 days you can cancel contracts. But these couple negative aspects aside, we are thrilled with our van, and overall happy with the dealership. More

In the spring of the year my wife and I decided that we wanted to purchase a new vehicle (2014 model year). It was time to trade in our 8 year old mini van and after looking at several makes and models dec wanted to purchase a new vehicle (2014 model year). It was time to trade in our 8 year old mini van and after looking at several makes and models decided that the Kia Sorento very much suited our needs. We went to the dealership on or about the end of July and contracted to purchase the top of the line SX model and were advised to expect delivery in about 2 - 3 weeks as they would have to search out other dealerships to get the particular colour / model. The wait turned out to be 2 months because of the very high demand for the model that we wanted. The wait time was a disappointment but more so was the lack of communication as to what was happening (the sales person and manager that we initially dealt with are no longer with the dealership). Once Sarah became involved information flowed much more smoothly. Sarah, Patrick and Asad kept us updated and dealt with our concerns and we finally were able to take delivery on Oct. 1st. They were all friendly and courteous and everything went smoothly the last couple of weeks. We are snowbirds and we left for Florida mid November. We really like the SX and it is a pleasure to drive. I love all the electronics except that it does take some time to get used to them. Our first service on the vehicle will not be until we get back to Ottawa in April and I anticipate top rated service. More
