I brought this to Krystof's attention, and insisted that this was not agreed-upon pre-existing damage. After speaking with Asad, he agreed to repair the damage, in order to ensure my happiness with the transaction. The repairs were done within 2 weeks (1 week to order parts), were done quickly, and more importantly, did not cost me anything. This is the 2nd time I've bought from Bank Street Kia and they are an absolute joke! My delivery of my car was delayed 3 times and I only found out via a text message from my sales agent. Damage was done to the hood of my brand new car while they were getting it ready for me and they tried lying about it. Both times I bought they promised me term financing that was changed when I signed my papers and no one warned me that it had changed. After my purchase I was contacted by a sales manager asking how my experience was and when I told her this she offered me a free service, then I never heard from her again...like I said, a Joke! Don't buy here! More

The moment I stepped into the dealership I was met by Sarah who was extremely professional, friendly and helpful, and she scheduled an appointment for me with a sales rep. Joe,my sales rep, was exception Sarah who was extremely professional, friendly and helpful, and she scheduled an appointment for me with a sales rep. Joe,my sales rep, was exceptional. He was most professional, calm, friendly, knowledgable, and patent. I had the impression that he was there for me and would make sure that I was treated fairly. When I returned to the showroom to see the car, he would always come right over with a friendly smile to assist me. No pressure which kept me in the showroom negotiating a new car. When it was time for him to explain the car features after I had signed the documents and was ready to take the car home, it was dark and very cold so he solved the problem by bringing the car indoors so we could discuss the features in a safe and pleasant environment. When I sense pressure from a sales rep I leave, as I do not trust these individuals. Kia staff were quite the opposite. I will certainly refer my family and friends to Joe at Kia.
