I was fortunate to purchase my car at Bank Street Hyundai As a first time new car buyer I was quite apprehensive to start shopping on my own. I was having a difficult time to bring myself to visit a dealershi As a first time new car buyer I was quite apprehensive to start shopping on my own. I was having a difficult time to bring myself to visit a dealership. After quickly visiting the Bank Street Hyundai website, Toufic contacted me a few hours later. I finally made it to the dealership that evening and was pleasantly surprised with the staff's friendliness and interpersonal skills. Toufic was very inviting and never made me feel rushed or obligated to make a deal. I knew exactly what I wanted, which he understood , and therefore he never pressured me for add-ons or a more expensive model. I felt incredibly at ease during the entire process. Of course, the fact that I was spending thousands of dollars was quite stressful, but Toufic made this process painless and smooth. Thanks to his commitment and perseverance, we agreed on what I believe is a fantastic deal. The first dealer I visited was Bank Street Hyundai, and after trying out a few more, I had no choice to come back as they offered the best deal and made me feel the most comfortable. Professionally, Toufic understands the car business and knows his facts. He is very knowledgable and answered all my questions appropriately. He is very sociable and I appreciated that he cared for some little things that I shared with him about me personally. Chris was very professional and also understood what I wanted. We sat a deal was struck and then I talked to Amir who made the deal more interesting and I accepted. Then I went and spoke with Ernesto and we discussed the finance area. All and all, I had a wonderful experience with these three gentlemen and I would purchase there again . This was my second purchase of a Hyundai from this dealer and again am very pleased with the service. Wonderful experience. Oh and then when I picked up the car - everything was explained to me again and before I left the dealership, I had instruction on pretty much how everything worked, that reminder was so useful, keep it up. finally got my new car I have had an old mini van for years now and I knew a new vehicle was soon needed. I looked at a few various makes and models but nothing really wowed I have had an old mini van for years now and I knew a new vehicle was soon needed. I looked at a few various makes and models but nothing really wowed me. Finally my van was becoming more of a problem then anything and no longer worth the repairs. I was originally recorecommend to a used honda dealership on the other end of town. I went there and found a 2013 Hyundai sonata that was nice comfy and seemed like the car my family would appreciate. We started the process to purchase. Over the next almost 2 weeks, we had problems after problems, they kept making excuses, saying they needed more information and more personal doccuments from my boyfriend and I. Finally one afternoon the woman called us and told us she didnt want to work with the bank anymore, and told us we should buy a lesser vehicle on the lot (an old car they were pushing since we walked onto the lot). We were tired of the back and forth and the hassel of two weeks, no new car, not even a simple bank approval or deny. Since we no longer wished to work with that dealership we decided to check out an actual Hyundai dealer. End of the year clearance sales were being advertised and we wanted to see if we could get something similar to the sonata that we drove. There was no longer any 2014 sonatas available unfortunately but with the sale the hybrid model was a very good price. After the long and stressful experience with honda , we were expecting roughly the same time line with Hyundai. Thankfully we didnt have to wait another two weeks. Soon after we toom our new car home with no problems. Everyone we worked with was super friendly, and worked hard to ensure we got what we both wanted and needed. More
