buying a 2015 Elantra GL from Bank Street Hyundai, Ottawa As a consumer advocate, I did my own research to choose the best make, model, attributes, accessories, warranty and reliability for the primary driver As a consumer advocate, I did my own research to choose the best make, model, attributes, accessories, warranty and reliability for the primary driver of a new vehicle. Then, I went to my nearest Dealer. The chosen vehicle make and model were a perfect fit. However, it cost me a lot of time and frustration trying to make a mutually satisfactory deal. I gave up and went home to do further research online. To choose another Dealer, I went to DealerRater.ca. Reading reviews I also choose the people I thought I could work with best. I called BANK STREET HYUNDAI. Erika answered and pleasantly saw me through the first hurdles (both men were unavailable that day!). I went back to the website, called Erika back and requested Mark Molleken, Sales Manager. When he came on the line, I outlined what I needed and he responded with what he could offer and the cost. We amicably discussed options. Mark had to check prices of the ‘winter tire package’ and an additional accessory I wanted for a 2015 Elantra GL. He promptly called back with the information and advised that the vehicle was in their inventory. Before the end of business that day I had the written quote in my email. I accepted - the deal was underway. Two days later we went to Bank Street Hyundai, with the primary driver, for the test drive, color choice, insurance and other documentation arrangements and to establish a delivery date. Toufic Habib, Internet Sales Manager, conducted the test drive and final delivery orientation of the new vehicle to the new owner. He’s knowledgeable, so approachable – efficient - effective and introduces just the right amount of levity into the process. We all enjoyed him immensely . Ernesto Lorello, Finance Manager, this was a cash deal so we cannot comment on financing nor leasing. Ernesto introduced us to the “finalcoat package” with pre-paid servicing that Dilawri offered. NO pressure; he simply outlined it in such a way that it just made good sense. Ernesto, again like Toufic, is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, charming, efficient and effective all while displaying a good sense of humour. We enjoyed our time with him. Mark Molleken, well, Mark seems to be everywhere at once, overseeing the business to ensure all’s running as it should while ensuring that everyone’s needs are being met. He’s an exemplary manager. We appreciated the trust and integrity displayed as we negotiated a sale via the telephone and email. NO surprises on closing the deal. Mark so impressed us during that first contact by telephone that we referred friends who were trading up a Hyundai SUV. They followed our advice without delay. We recommend that anyone shopping for new or used vehicle contact BANK STREET HYUNDAI. More
