Bought a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and Faysal made sure I got the colour and trim I wanted and he personally picked up the car from the sister dealership. He has a good understanding of all the models as I switched from Elantra to Tuscon and finally to Santa Fe. Didn't feel rushed at all as Faysal took the time to make sure that both sides were happy with the deal. Once the deal was complete went to Ernesto (Finance) and we quickly got through the finance side of the deal and he explained the benefits of the warranties and rust protection. With 133,000 km on it and almost no problems decided to look at the new features in the 2015 model. Spend lots of time with Sam, in sales, as well as chatting with a number of others in the sales dept and ended up trading my car in for a 2015 Sonata Limited which I also love. Sam was thoroughly professional and listened carefully to what I wanted and needed in the car. Sam took a number of calls from me as well as spent lots of time in the new car showing me the features even showing me a few subtle differences between models that led me back to the Limited. We had the opportunity to deal with a few members of the staff at Dilawri and both my wife and I were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience, not what we expected out of this type of experience regardless of mew or used. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Naser is the beez kneez. He addressed ever single concern we had while looking for the right vehicle and was prepared to answer all of our questions. Ernesto helped us out with all the financing arrangements in a completely non-pressure, relaxed environment that resulted in us securing the right levels of protection for our mewest investment, in three words, a cool cat. Last but certainly not least we have to address the cats meow, Amir who swooped in finalize everything with us and helped ensure everything we discussed was communicated amongst the entire team and delivered. Meow that it's all said and done, I can say without hesitation that I'd buy another vehicle here and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the dealership and in particular these fine gentlemen to any of my friends, family and colleagues.
