Friendly, welcoming and was able to deliver! We dropped in to the dealership just beginning our purchase shopping - trying to figure out what we wanted to buy. Based on what he could tell of us, Paul put us in a couple of different options, both new and used. He gave us a lot of information, but wasn't pushy about it, when we decided we did want to go with a used car, he respected that decision and worked hard to get us a great deal. During the experience I felt like Paul was trustworthy and wanted to get us in the right car for us, not just the right car for the dealership. The car was delayed during delivery for a day - there was a small issue found that he wanted to be sure was fixed before delivery - he communicated it well to us. When we received the car, it was fully cleaned and ready for us - it looked like a new car even though it wasn't. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul or the dealership. The day after the purchase Paul called to make sure everything was ok. More
