Ashur was excellent, no nonsense person, straight forward with the customer. Provide any info and details that I ask for. Made the experience very easy. I dealt with The floor manager on the day of my trade in appraisal as Shahir was not working that day, as he made some stupid threat to me that if I walked away and went to another dealer then they might not release the car from their lot to the other dealer, as he tried to nickel and dime on my trade price. I found this insulting and horrible cousmer service. Thank you More
