Extremely Disappointed It has now been over eight weeks since I brought my car in for service to this location. It took two visits, the second in which I left my vehicle for It has now been over eight weeks since I brought my car in for service to this location. It took two visits, the second in which I left my vehicle for three days, a promise to call me when the parts were in, a call six weeks later identifying the parts were in for my vehicle, but as it turns out, the parts were in for someone else's vehicle but was listed with my contact information. I have already submitted my feedback online to Hyundai Canada, but sadly enough, have not received a reply from them either. Two months later, no reply from anyone and my car still needs to be repaired, surely before the warranty runs out. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, the disorganization and the disconnect from purchasing a vehicle from the dealership and not receiving the same level of service when brought in for maintenance checks, etc. More

Annoying pressure I just wanted to see size of vehicles to help narrow down my list as I'm just starting out. I explained what i was doing right away to the sales rep. Sales agent was helpful but obviously pressured to make a sale when it wasn't possible, I tried to leave after getting the basic info that i wanted and he begged me to stay and see the manager or else he'd get in trouble from his manager. The manager wanted to say he'd make a special deal for me if I bought today. Waited for the manager and he gave me his 'we can give you special pricing' speel and I thanked him and left. I was really annoyed. Got a phone call voice message the next day. I called back and asked to be removed from the call list. I received another phone call today and again asked to be removed from their calling list. I'm leaving this message in hopes they'll change their sales approach and actually listening to what their potential customers want rather than enforcing a blanket sales policy. I'm sure they give great pricing on their vehicles as per the reviews but I could certainly use a lot less pressure. More

Mr. Stuart Dodge was the first person who acknowledged our presence and has offered us his help without giving us any pressure. That, I really appreciate, he gave us enough time to decide without interrupting us. But he was there ready to answer questions with regards to the car.We have selected 2 cars, option A OR option B. Then,upon telling him that we are looking for an AUTO Financing, he directed us to Mr. Christoph (Chris) Hadad, who is an excellent Finance Manager. Chris helped us all the way through. He made sure that being new to Canada is not a ground for disqualification to be an auto owner. He was able to deal with the bank to lower our % interest, which we really appreciate.Putting your feet in the shoes of others is really a very good quality of a dealer/finance manager..With his help, and with all the documents provided, the last time I checked, we are already driving our beautiful Hyundai Santa Fe!! Indeed, he was able to find me an excellent rate for my car (even though I have had issues with my credit in the last few years). The delivery was long (6 weeks) due to issues with the transport company but they took very good care of us with providing us with a vehicle while we waited for our to arrive - class act! Followed up with me the next day to make sure I like the car and everything was as expected.
