Second Car From This Dealership We went in to the dealership as a result of an invitation from Hyundai Canada for their Dealer Invoice Promotion. We had no intention of purchasing b We went in to the dealership as a result of an invitation from Hyundai Canada for their Dealer Invoice Promotion. We had no intention of purchasing but went to say what they had to say. The initial experience did not go well as we were paired with a rookie sales person who really did not seem to know what he was doing. We spoke to the Hyundai rep who called over the sales manger Juan-Carlos Lobera. He took over the discussion and we ended up buying a new Santa Fe. The delivery was handled by an experience sales rep Louis Bouery whom we met on the day we purchased the car. He too was very good and was always available if we had questions. They set us up with Ernesto who handled all the financing and was a wealth of knowledge. All in all a positive experience with this dealership. The only negative in the whole experience was not the fault of the dealership, but of Hyundai Canada. We were told at the time of sale that it would take two weeks for the vehicle to be delivered. It took over two months. More

We decided to try Bank street Hyundai and we were very happily surprised by the customer service we received. The staff (Juan, Moe and Ashur) were very courteous on the phone and in person. They were extremely easy going, friendly, and they went out of their way to make purchasing our new 2015 Tucson a breeze. Since we were coming from kingston - they even offered a train ticket to Ottawa and to pick us up from the station when our new vehicle was ready. The staff went above and beyond our expectations and we gladly recommend this dealership! More
