But what we appreciated the most was the Transparency and honesty during the transaction along with the excellent service we received. When I arrived at the dealership to search for my car, Juan-Carlos gained my trust and interest through his knowledge about cars and his friendly demeanor towards me and my sister. He was very patient with me and my sister when we were asking questions about the vehicle and the packages for the car. He answered questions promptly with documentation (information sheets) for my reference. When we test drove the car he explained all the features very well and answered questions as we went along. This dealership is exceptional in every way. Until 2009, I had owned 6 Honda Accords. I became dissatisfied with their model design and service. I purchased a 2009 Santa Fe, and simply fell in love with t I had owned 6 Honda Accords. I became dissatisfied with their model design and service. I purchased a 2009 Santa Fe, and simply fell in love with this SUV. Fakri and Amir were very instrumental for making me a happy customer. This past year, my wife and I downsized, and decided to trade our Santa Fe in for a 2013 Sonata. Amir handled most of the work with Ashur, and again, a wonderful purchase experience. However, my wife missed "her" Santa Fe, and felt that the Sonata did not meet our life style requirements. So, I approached Fakri, and he quickly looked at possibilities, and resolved the issue. He put us in a 2013 Santa Fe Sport (the winner of the Canadian SUV of the year over $35000). The best possible deal for both parties was to take back the 2013 Sonata, and put us in 2013 Santa Fe.
