Toufic was attentive from the start- he was fully committed to making sure I was in the right car and I knew exactly what I was getting from the start. He never made me feel rushed and was very thorough in explaining to me what my Elantra GT came with. Amir made a point to come in and say hello, and to make sure I was getting the best service- this was a small detail but it stood out for me, especially because I work in client service and know what that means. Christoph helped me untangle a financing mess, and was so patient throughout it- I felt like nothing was rushed and that they really did value my service.
