Service is really slow 1. Service is very slow, 2. They don't provide pick-up beyond bloor street, so we need take the subway to somewhere downtown, 3. We know other deale 1. Service is very slow, 2. They never answer the stupid phone call (we called like 10 times, but NOONE is answering the phone), and they will not respond to your voice mail! (They simply do not respect their customers!) THIS PLACE PROVIDE THE WORST SERVICE AMONG THE BMW DEALERSHIP. More
