When I realized I had to get my A/C fixed this summer, I was hesitant about the cost and getting it done as I had heard from various people and friends that your A/C "never really gets fixed" because of so many parts involved etc. Mark took a special interest to make sure the job was done well and on time. He also arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair since I live in Etobicoke and have mobility issues. As well, he got my car cleaned up inside without me asking! He also encouraged me to get the A/C fixed asap as a hot humid spell was coming and I would need the A/C working because of my health issues. I knew I was in good hands getting my A/C fixed with Mark and Sherry Machula (service advisor) looking after my interests. More

I contacted service about a month and a half ago about a leat Hello I purchased my new car, 2018 430 gran coupe, from bmw toronto on November 2017. I contacted service about a month and a half ago about a leather seat peeling issue. I was told to send pics of the leather peeling and the currrent km’s on the car. I was told that warrenty claim has been submitted to bmw canada and once they reply back i will be contacted about the next steps. Month and a half later since i did not hear anything back i decided to follow up. I sent an email and no reaponse was received. I then sent an email to my leasing consultant who forwarded the email to the service manager. I got an email from them today and all it stated that it looks like to them, the damage was caused by external sources and not a defect (car had 6000 km when the leather started peeling) and cannot be covered under warranty. So the service department waited a month and a half and without submitting a claim to bmw canada, which they told me that they did, and then told me they cant dont anything. Unreal and unacceptable behaviour. There is no such thing as customer service at bmw toronto. The service department does not follow up with people. I have asked for the case # that was submitted to bmw canada so i can contact them, and now again there is no response. I believe because no claim was submiited. To me this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable behaviour by a luxury brand such as bmw. My second car is a mainstream car, honda, and i have never received such a bad service as bmw toronto. Please beware of the service department of bmw toronto. Go to another dealership if you want to service your bmw such as t+c or endras. This was my first bmw and the service that i have recieved so far by bmw toronto (6 months of ownership) has made my decision for my next car very easy - it will not be a bmw from bmw toronto. i have also already advised friends and family about this,who were looking at purchasing/ servicing bmw to stay away from bmw toronto. I do want to point out the service we recieved from Kevin when buying the car was really good. The experience after the purchase and by the service department has been atrocious. More

It's always a special day when Vince meets us to take us up to the 5th floor delivery area to show us our new BMW!! Vince always take the time to follow-up post delivery as well to ensure that we are completely satisfied.
