Was put in contact with Sales Consultant - George Stefankiewicz. Never thought that I would ever say this but the whole experiance of buying my vehicle was "a pleaser". George provided a great service, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Thank you. More
Excellent service. I've used this service before, and always find the staff helpful, and service completed on time. Nice facilities for waiting. Thank you! I've used this service before, and always find the staff helpful, and service completed on time. Nice facilities for waiting. Thank you! More
Approved BMW finance at one dealer, but found a car that met my color requirement at BMW Toronto. Business Manager asked to cancel deal with previous dealer (which had approved BMW Finance). Waited for 2.5h met my color requirement at BMW Toronto. Business Manager asked to cancel deal with previous dealer (which had approved BMW Finance). Waited for 2.5hrs to cancel previous deal and later BMW Toronto denied car stating work visa validity. Lost both deals. Extremely disheartened with their internal process and lack of empathy towards customer. Would have appreciated if all information was stated upfront rather than my wasting time and my deal. More
Bought a 2020 BMW from here and was not a good experience: Flew to Toronto from Winnipeg to inspect car and then again two weeks later to pick up car and drive it home. Got flat tire 7 hours i experience: Flew to Toronto from Winnipeg to inspect car and then again two weeks later to pick up car and drive it home. Got flat tire 7 hours into the drive and found the tire that had been installed was brand new that the installer had shredded the bead on during install which was why it went flat! I was compensated for the new tire but no other costs since it delayed the trip for a day and wasn’t a pleasant experience...luckily I was able to find a tire to fit 1.5 hours from where it happened. When I went to the dealer they said car was ready but the clutch accumulator had failed which they documented but didn’t fix. However when I picked up the car they said “it’s no big deal some drivers like it like that”....I felt handcuffed to accept it due to the time constraint of getting the car home and took them for their word. I asked them to pay for it but they refused and threw me a baseball cap! License plate lights were noted as failed and fixed in the inspection but never worked! Battery vent not installed and lots of debris...leaves etc in rad and battery areas. Some other minor items that should have been fixed Documents for the ownership were missing and there was a lot of confusion as to who they were....bill of sale said Volkswagen but ownership, when it arrived, said BMW Toronto so I was denied licensing the car initially! Hopefully some lessons learnt on both sides! This is not the experience I expected from a dealer for a car that cost $60k plus More
