I don't know how you can be so sure. I actually saw the computer when the other guy was registering the computer for me. is there anything else to discuss?

because the testers and machines we use don't lie - we have to run diagnostics on your car before and after the work is done, and they give exact information and readings. if you have a problem, we want to deal with it. you posted this, so I would hope for a chance to rectify the concern, just as we would if you called us with your concern.

This is the same arrogance that I got from the guy that call me for good review rating. I told him that the cover was not replaced but nothing was done. You want to come to a conclusion that I must be lying and you machine didn't lie. Sorry. I can't agree to that. No. I don't have a problem. I think you do. But instead of looking into your system, you are blaming me.

i am very sorry to have given you that impression! it's not at all about you lying, I didn't mean that at all. I do, though, want to reassure you that the work was done as we said it was, and not to place "blame" anywhere, but because I don't want YOU thinking the work wasn't done. I can't look into our system without knowing where to look. I apologize if I came across as defensive, I simply want to know how to fix it.

Can you honestly tell me that your system requires 2nd party (someone else beside the tech working on the job) verification before the car is return to the customer?

Yes. for batteries, and most other components, we have to put the car on the tester before doing the work to see exactly what is wrong, and if there is something causing the problem. once we do the repairs, based on the diagnosis, the car goes back on the tester for another diagnosis to verify it is repaired and the same fault is no longer present.

I don't mean whether my car was connected to your tester or not, but when the job is done, did someone else check also. I suspected that my can was never connected to your test at all.

I think you stop reading my messages. The only way you can change my mind is that the job was actually verify by 2nd party, which I now see that is not the case. If that job was actually verified, why do 2 people not see the cover laying on the trunk, which your verification is not functioning. That means you should never be so firm in you statement that the job was performed. Now I think you try to get the last word in so that my review will not be posted.
