Yoga Warren and the team at Town + Country have perfected the art of providing a wonderful customer experience along with a great deal. They were upfront and candid about the pricing of the vehicle and that made it easy for me to establish trust. I didn't feel pressured and they welcomed me back a number of times before I made my final decision. I was offered a number of test drives. Yoga was very patient and wanted me to experience a number of different configurations before making a decision. Specifically, we discussed the merits of diesel vs. gas engines and I was invited to drive both vehicles so that I could make my own decision. My brother will begin servicing his BMW at Town + Country as a result of our discussion comparing my experience at T&C versus his experience at another BMW dealer. This is our third time leasing an X5 from Town + Country BMW but this time the service with Yoga and Michelle exceeded all our expectations and was distinctly outstanding. I have to say that I didn't realise that buying a car could be an incredible experience. This is my second vehicle that I am purchasing from Town & Country. My first car was a Mini that David Shen helpe could be an incredible experience. This is my second vehicle that I am purchasing from Town & Country. My first car was a Mini that David Shen helped me with. Unfortunately, he is no longer at T & C. However, he still kept in touch which I think in itself is great customer service. When it came time to get my second vehicle, I called David up and he put me in touch with Yoga Warren. I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. I let him know what I wanted and he MADE IT HAPPEN! At time of delivery, we had Michelle Chen take care of us. Her patience in answering our questions, as well as "teaching" how to enjoy our new BMW was incredible! One would think that once the deal was done, the chapter closes untill next time. Think again, I have had Yoga call me "just" to say hello and to see if all is well with us and if we're enjoying our car! Follow up like this is rare. It's service like this that makes one revisit.
