Having driven luxury sedans for over 40 years, I know outstanding service when I see it. From making the appointment to dropping off the car, getting it serviced and pick it up again, it is a stress free experience. Needless to say, I am a perfectionist and I take a careful look at my car. It has been serviced, washed inside out and everything is in perfect order. Never had I to come for a follow up appointment, because the job was not done right the first time. The whole service department seems to be on the same page and they want the customer to be happy and I tell the salesmen that the most compelling reason for me to buy a another new car at BMW London is their service department. They make sure my BMW ownership is the most enjoyable experience that it can be, worry free. When friends ask me how good the BMW London service department is, I tell them, if I were the owner of the dealership, they could not treat me any better. They treat me so well that I often look around to make sure I am not on "Candid Camera". I could not think of a single item how they could improve on their service, They are perfectionists too. More

Susan Miletec-Mizzi was fantastic from the minute we came into the dealership. She took all the time we needed, knew the cars as well as anyone... and did whatever she could to gives us what we needed to know make a decision. From the time we picked up the car (she drove me to the dealership) to now a month later, she has followed up to make sure all is ok. Susan arranged to have all servicing done on the car before pickup, made the trip to our house to drop off the registration, and just now alerted the service dept. that I would be calling to bring in the car for a small repair. It doesn't get any better than that!! Oh yeh... we love the car too!! More

The worst in Client Care Was trying to make an appointment for my yearly oil change on my 2016 BMW X5 plus another appointment to look at the Eco Mode last year I went there f Was trying to make an appointment for my yearly oil change on my 2016 BMW X5 plus another appointment to look at the Eco Mode last year I went there for a recall and ask them to check that aswell for it was not working properly which they forgot to check!! Even though the car was there for almost two days of the recall so now I figured let's do this again. Now new policy BMW insurance if you need a loner $30 a day I can't believe this I just had my GMC fixed no-questions-asked loaner iwas ready to go and no $30.00 charge I can't believe this no matter how long you are a customer and even though I'm coming back for their error in not checking tge Eco loke i asked a year ago they're charging me $30.00 for a loaner and cannot guarantee that I will have my car back the same day even though I'm giving them a week's notice to make the appointment !!How ridiculous is this BMW shame on you!!Eat the cost or better yet change insurance companies ! Especially to long term clients! Just sent an email to the owner Mr.Defield..awaiting responce! More

Most recently, Chris Yeoman got us settled into our first BMW SUV. His knowledge of the vehicle was thorough and impressive. Chris was also professional and enthusiastic at all times, focused on ensuring we were happy with every stage of the purchasing process. He develops a positive rapport with customers through his honesty, sense of humour and level of commitment. It is evident that he is proud to sell BMWs and we are glad to have him as our sales representative. Furthermore, our vehicles have been serviced well at the dealership. We have always been given quotes on service and have never had any surprises regarding the final cost. We are loyal customers for many good reasons! More

Very informative and punctual, great service. More
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I purchased a vehicle from BMW London along with an extended warranty from Sym-tech that was recommended to me by the BMW sales person, with the promi I purchased a vehicle from BMW London along with an extended warranty from Sym-tech that was recommended to me by the BMW sales person, with the promise and assurance that I could take my car to any BMW dealership for repairs and services that are covered under my extended warranty. It so happens that this is not the case, in fact far from it. I live in Toronto and as it turns out there are a very limited number of dealerships (BMW or other) that honour the Sym-tech warranty. I have tried on multiple occasions to resolve this matter with BMW London who refuse to compensate me for over $3000.00 worth of services that are next to impossible to get. I have even reached out to the owner on more than one occasion to try to resolve the situation and he refuses to contact me. They do not follow up on the numerous promises that they have made to rectify their wrongs. I constantly find myself having to chase after them and I have spent countless hours of my time doing so. I have owned several BMW's which I have purchased from other BMW dealerships and have always had an excellent experience from sales to service and beyond. - Buyer beware - We have choices of where we can purchase our vehicles and customer service is important. Choose to do business with another dealership where there are honest employees and owners who actually care about their clients and who stand behind what they are selling and whatever you do, do not buy a Sym-Tech warranty. I have never in my life have experienced such poor customer service and pure lack of accountability anywhere. Save yourself the frustration and the headache. Do not buy a car from BMW London. I should mention there is one exception. Paige who is the finance manager at BMW London has been very understanding and the only one who has seemed to care and who has tried to her very best to help me in any way. Unfortunately, her many efforts have been futile as her hands are tied by the dealer principle and dealership management team. More

Besides the receptionist, everyone else has ZERO customer experience. As soon as you walk in, some of the 'advisors' make you feel like a second class citizen. My latest appointment I went in for, I sat down and Kris barely even said hi. In total, he maybe said 20 words to me. Every time I've been there, he makes you feel as if you're inconveniencing because you come in. I've been in this place 3 different times, and can't say I will go back. More
Bad advice/poor service I've owned 6 different BMWs and lived in 4 different cities over the past 10 years. BMW Winnipeg, Toronto and Waterloo have been awesome to deal with. Recently moved to my cottage on Lake Huron, London is now closest dealer. They have very poor service and general attitudes towards employees. The last straw was when I brought my X5 there for them to program my new trailer hitch (OEM BMW kit). They didn't want to do it in the first place, X5 still under warranty, they claimed that they tried and it didn't work, still billed me. I brought it to Waterloo and they programmed it while I waited, no issues. Recently my sister brought he 535 in for a service and she ended up so upset with the way they treated her that she will never go back. We now drive 30 minutes further than London to have our vehicles serviced in Waterloo. Disclosure - I don't personally know anyone at any of the aforementioned dealerships. All of these claims can be proven if needed. I will likely buy Mercedes next so I can have it serviced locally. More
