We are sorry that you felt this way after your appointment. However, your appointment wasn't for the check engine light. You were here for an oil change, brake fluid flush and a recall for the blow by heater - Which were all completed. There was no mention of the engine light from you, so that's why we didn't add that to the appointment list. If you would like us to have a look at that, please let us know and we will schedule you in.

My appointment was made for an oil change and a vehicle check, as well as the recall. I guess I assumed a vehicle check would include the check engine light. I can forward you the text if you don’t believe me.
