The pre-owned sales department is the epitome of sleazy, untrustworthy dealership culture. I was sold a vehicle without being disclosed the major prior damage it had sustained, as the dealership complete untrustworthy dealership culture. I was sold a vehicle without being disclosed the major prior damage it had sustained, as the dealership completely failed to provide the required Carfax report. Upon discovering the non-compliance, I contacted OMVIC and submitted a claim against BMW Grand River for not abiding by MTO regulations. Upon notifying the pre-owned sales manager of their non-compliance, the manager not once, but twice denied any wrongdoing and refused to admit their failure to follow mandatory MTO regulations. It wasn't until OMVIC had to explicitly educate BMW Grand River’s director on their clear regulatory violations that the dealership finally backed down and agreed to rectify the issue. The inability to follow MTO regulations, the hiding of the damage the car had sustained and the sleazy denial and manipulation from management regarding their non-compliance is unacceptable. Dealerships like this are the reason the "shady car salesman" stereotype exists. If you value transparency and legal compliance, avoid BMW Grand River and take your business elsewhere. More

Horrendously unprofessional and rude! We saw a BMW z4 in their inventory that we liked despite living over 100kms away. I contacted them and someone named Marshal responded. I mentioned we live in Oakville but we like this car and want to come to see/test drive the car. I SPECIFICALLY said TEST DRIVE. He says. O problem come. We drove 1.5 hr to get here only to be told you can’t test drive the car! This is a new level of deception and disregard/disrespect for a client!! I also mentioned it to one of their sales manager who also didn’t really seem to care short of some platitudes. If this is how they treat potential clients BEFORE sales, I can only imagine how they would act after they’ve got your money! Also Marshal was extremely dismissive and borderline rude in his manners! I hope someone in this dealership takes a second look at their staff More
