Eric is a pleasure to deal with. He is most obliging, courteous and extremely helpful. But I did have a female who kept calling me reminding me that my Qashqai needed service and I repeatedly told her th courteous and extremely helpful. But I did have a female who kept calling me reminding me that my Qashqai needed service and I repeatedly told her that I had no intensions of waiting 3-4 hours which I was told. I had another appointment close by and therefore was able to leave my car for service for a 2 1/2 period. In fact my car was ready in 1-1 ½ hrs. I only have approximately 7550 km. Due to Covid they are unable to offer the courtesy service of drop off or pick up. More
