EDIT - AVOID! !! I shared personal and financial information with Mike in good faith, hoping for help. After that, I was ignored for days with no response, no fo !! I shared personal and financial information with Mike in good faith, hoping for help. After that, I was ignored for days with no response, no follow-up, nothing. When I posted a factual review about my experience, instead of apologizing or addressing the issue, I received a sarcastic and dismissive message. What’s worse, Mike sent me a message that read, “How would you feel if someone left a review on your work Google?” Shortly after, a fake 1-star review appeared targeting my spouse by full name on a business Google profile he hasn’t worked at since 2023. That review was completely false and clearly a form of retaliation. This crossed the line from unprofessional to threatening. We are now filing formal complaints with AMVIC, Google, and local authorities to document the harassment and the use of our personal information inappropriately. This is not how any customer should be treated, especially not by someone representing a business. - I shared personal and financial information and was completely ignored. No follow-up, no replies.
