I just purchased a 2013 Elantra GT and have to say I'm totally satisfied with the whole experience at AutoValue. I've purchased numerous new vehicles over the years but this is my first Hyundai. I went in this morning with a nail in my back tire. I own a Vera Cruz that is 4 yrs old and have been thinking out trading in for a new extended Santa Fe when they arrive. I ask Chris at service if he knew w a Vera Cruz that is 4 yrs old and have been thinking out trading in for a new extended Santa Fe when they arrive. I ask Chris at service if he knew when they were coming in. He suggested I ask Joe. Joe told me they would be in sometime in Jan or Feb. We got to talking about the Vera Cruz and he mentioned they were selling them off first. He showed me the price which was lower than what I had paid in 2008. He got me thinking. While I was waiting to get my tire repaired Melinda came out of her office and noticed I was thinking big time and asked (my wife and I had dealt with her before when we bought my wife's Tucsan) what i was thinking. Told her I was now thinking of a new Vera Cruz. She asked me if I wanted to crunch some numbers. Amelio came in knowing I was a loyal customer, offered a great trade in deal and the deal was done. All 3 worked like a team and ended up with another sale. I have to say chris and the service team are also great. I have referred people to the dealership and will continue to do so. After having a not so good experience with a recently purchased Crossover/salespeople, I went to AutoValue Hyundai where I should have gone initially. !! (My previous vehicle was an Elantra which I own purchased Crossover/salespeople, I went to AutoValue Hyundai where I should have gone initially. !! (My previous vehicle was an Elantra which I owned for eight years and had no problems with) I was literally met at the door by two great guys who walked me through the whole sales experience. They were patient with me, explained all things and made me feel very much at ease. In fact I went home and thought about this purchase for a number of days without feeling pressured. Therefore, when I had made up my mind and returned to AUTOVALUE HYUNDAI I knew I was ready to purchase.
