One did not reply for 2 weeks , one replied and wanted to talk forever about nonsense and Dean answered all my questions with relevant and important information. Working with Dean over the phone and through email was a treat in what is usually a very long process to get to the vehicle you actually want to purchase. I had decided on all the options, tinted windows, time of pickup and my deposit before my first visit to the dealership. The day of pickup was a breeze and our car, with all of the extra dealer options, was ready to go as promised. I was looking for a pre-owned Tucson or similar vehicle and researched on line and by word of mouth prior to deciding to visit the Niagara Falls Hyundai dealership just before Christmas this year. My brother and sister-in-law had recently purchased a 2013 Elantra from the same dealership and were extremely pleased with the customer service and price. I was not looking forward to the experience so was expecting the worst. When I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Lucia and told her exactly what I was looking for and the price range that suited my budget. It happened that there was only one Tucson on the lot . We took it for a test ride, returned to the dealership and started the process of purchasing the vehicle. Lucia listened to what I was saying regarding my vehicle needs and treated me with respect. In addition, when finalizing the vehicle financing, Rick was extremely professional and did not attempt to "over-sell" me on the multitude of extras that were available for purchase. As a bonus, my brother and sister-in-law received $100 for their referral and I received a Christmas turkey! I have personally related my pleasant experience with Hyundai to friends and family and will continue to do so. More
