Ross even dealt with our insurance agent and made sure he got the paper work he requested. I did not have to do much to complete the transaction - everything was painless. I am so very happy with my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan and am enjoying it very much. It was exceptionally clean and it drives like a dream. I would go back to Aurora Chrysler again if I am ever looking for another vehicle. I have told so many of my friends and acquaintances how pleased we were with our treatment. I went there looking to purchase a vehicle and while looking at one they tried to force me to sign the deal right on the spot. Even after I told them I needed to speak to my wife and sleep on it..they looking at one they tried to force me to sign the deal right on the spot. Even after I told them I needed to speak to my wife and sleep on it..they said you get this price right now and tomorrow it will be $2000 more. When I started walking away they became very aggressive and angry with me. They really do not think about repeat buyers or friendly customer service, theyonly care about their quota and how many vehicles they have to sell, and if they sell this to me then it will be a bigger bonuss for them. I will never go back there and do not recomend them to anyone. More
