Worst Customer Service Audi Uptown has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't value their customers at all. They ignored us when we went in for a Audi Uptown has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't value their customers at all. They ignored us when we went in for a top up for my Q7. We were greeted with a simple "go inside" when we asked about getting a top up, didn't say where exactly or who to speak to. Girl at cashier's desk just kept pointing to a sign that said "Please ring the bell for assistance" without looking at us when we asked about getting our car topped up. And when we rang the bell multiple times no one ever answered, so we just left without getting a top up. The customer service level is nothing compared to Pfaff Audi. I highly suggest management to stop by Pfaff Audi to see what quality customer service looks like. This will be the last time I'll be visiting this location. More

Dissatisfy customer services I went into the service the other day, inquired about my warranty program which I’ve purchased when I got my car. My car is a A3 convertible, during I went into the service the other day, inquired about my warranty program which I’ve purchased when I got my car. My car is a A3 convertible, during winter time, there is a problem when I open the door as it got frozen. Because of this, the door got bent out on the lower corner. I went in and spoke with Damian, his attitude was very rude and didn’t want to help. He simply told me it’s not covered and nothing they can do about it. Then I mentioned there must be something wrong with the car design which causing the problem. I was asking him nicely to raise up my concerns, he replied impatiently; I can’t find a reason to persuade myself to help you submit your concerns, why don’t you teach me how do I say. His attitude and tone of voice were very bad and this is unacceptable. I can’t believe with a brand like Audi, I would get this type of services. I was very disappointed. I have 2 Audi now but I will not have a third one in the future and will definitely tell my friends and family not to come to this Audi anymore. More

Service department is terrible I went there for my car service.but the service guy who named Steve charge me more 600 hundred dollars without ask me. when I came back talking about I went there for my car service.but the service guy who named Steve charge me more 600 hundred dollars without ask me. when I came back talking about this thing ,he said will process refund to my credit car also he scanned my credit card.but after couple month I still didn’t get my refund .he always said is processing. untill now I still didn’t get that refund .also can’t reach him .he fools customers 3 times .i will never go to there again .also many people said uptown is terrible .mid town Audi is better . horrible experience I just leased a Q5 at this location. The sales person, Richard, was very unprofessional. Right after we signed the contract, his attitude, changed. First of all, when i was looking at the charges, i saw that they had charged us $70 for the fuel. When I asked about the charges, he said, "did you want a car with no gas in it?". He then passed us to another person and left for the night before inspecting our car fully or bothering to show us any of the features of the car. We later realized that a few features were missing ( such as the floor mats or the car seat pads covers. The following day, I had to drive 50 minutes to go and pick up those items. He did not ever bother apologizing for his mistake and told me " I did not have to give you the mats!". I am still shock and surprised, how these people are not trained to provide the basic customer service to their clients. I guess all they care is one time sale! I would not go back to Audi Uptown and definitely would never recommend Audi uptown in general and Richard in particular to anyone! More

I had a very unpleasant experience , was not expecting this unprofessionalism from a brand like Audi. Customer service responsibility lies at all level whether you are in sales or management. Authority should not discount you from good behaviour. More
