Horrible Customer Service I was at Audi Uptown on Nov 30, 2018. We were looking to buy a new Q3. When we walked in the dealership, there were 3 sales person sitting in the cent I was at Audi Uptown on Nov 30, 2018. We were looking to buy a new Q3. When we walked in the dealership, there were 3 sales person sitting in the center and no one approached us. After 5 mins of browsing vehicles, sales manager Scott Drew came to us asking if anyone is helping us. When we replied no one is then he asked Louis Lu to help us. When Mr Lu came to us, it looked like he was forced to sell a car and was not at all interested in selling us a car. He checked the system and said only one Q3 without backup camera is available which I found funny as when I checked for new cars available on Audi Uptown, it showed quite a few day earlier. We felt like we were not welcomed to this dealership and they thought we were there just to pass time. But this is Audi uptown's loss because we went from this horrible customer service to BMW Markham and ended up buying BMW X1 that day. I think you need to train your sales people for better customer service. If I could I would give a negative stars for customer service. More

Even though we were unable to come to an agreement this go around, Kevin and Frederick were as upfront and honest in their dealings during the negotiations as I've seen in my past 30 years of purchasing vehicles. A refreshing change to the high pressure tactics some use to close a deal. Will definitely be visiting again. More

Worst Service Centre amg Audi Dealerships in GTA The service specialist do not listen to the customer at all. They are rude, loud and totally unreliable. I gave my car for service. It is still under warranty and wanted them to look at the door handle which was cracking at the sensor. The service person did not even see the handle properly and lied to me that she had shown it to the warranty manager. When I contested, she said go and ask the Audi Canada. why would Audi Ca listen to drivers when they have dealerships. Anyway I went to another dealership. They respectfully listened to me, took pictures of the door handle, sent to Audi Canada which approved the brand new handle under warranty. Markham could have also done the same but they don't have time. At the same time they demand 100% in the survey. Big joke!!! More

Scott Corbett, (Business Manager) and Kevin Galindo (Manager, used cars) were amazing when it came to negotiating a price and buying an extended warranty. They also made sure the purchase, trade in and delivery was seamless. They also addressed all the nicks and scratches on the vehicle. They detailed it to an immaculate shine and they painted the rear bumper to ensure it looked perfect. Also they replaced the plastic cover on the side view mirror to ensure it looked great. When we picked up the Q5 it looked awesome. Daniel Weston (Delivery Specialist) was very knowledgeable and quite helpful when we took delivery of our vehicle. The whole team and experience was fantastic. If you are looking for an Audi (new or used), go to Audi Uptown. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this dealership for all your Audi needs. Excellent experience at Audi Uptown Last Saturday I walked in to Audi Uptown to do a comparison on a few vehicles I was considering. A few hours later I walked out with a deal for a brand new Audi A4! Thanks to Dion for making my decision easy. Dion helped to answer all my questions and concerns and ended giving me an great deal on a new Audi. I didn't feel pressured but he took his time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable about my decision. I would highly recommend Dion at Audi Uptown - such a nice person to deal with. He did what he said he would do, followed-up on all issues in a timeless manner and promptly answered all my emails. I cannot wait to pick up my new Audi. More
