I have been bringing my car here for over 4 years and have become accustomed to their very personalized service and staff, not to mention: Glenn personally taking time to assist me in understanding the workings of all the sports components they added to my vehicle in 2020 Kasia and her diligence to assist me in repairing a "broken vent" that happened when I experienced the total opposite service in Victoria (car was in for a vent motor replacement on drivers side, dealership had my car for 3 days and neither provided a courtesy car nor paid for the rental car we had to get and then delivered the car with a broken vent!! Thanks Joanne Taylor for your very very poor standard of service not to mention being very rude and unapologetic!) Thanks to everyone at Royal Oak from Ian to Kasia and the many different service employees who make the repair experience actually pleasant!! Hats off to this dealership and no wonder they won the 2021 Audi award!! Thank you! :) :) More

First time they didn’t dry up my car and second time, they did dry up but they didn’t even wash the wheels. - Don’t take accountability of their mistakes. Would avoid at all cost and don’t give your car at their detailing department. More

Incredible service, and I didnt even buy from them. I purchased a 2017 Q5 Technik S-Line in a private sale a few days ago. A big reason why I went to Audi was my experience with Cory at Audi Royal Oak. T purchased a 2017 Q5 Technik S-Line in a private sale a few days ago. A big reason why I went to Audi was my experience with Cory at Audi Royal Oak. The vehicle is incredible and the service from Audi has been exceptional, especially considering I didn't purchase anything from them. I will likely return to them to purchase a new Audi when I eventually upgrade. More

Super-friendly, welcoming staff. The job got done well and in a timely fashion. Was not charged to troubleshoot the engine light (loose gas cap). The upstairs lounge is amazing - beautiful big windows and in a timely fashion. Was not charged to troubleshoot the engine light (loose gas cap). As a recent owner of my first Audi, I chose Audi Royal Oak in north-west Calgary for service for its location. I have been extremely impressed with its amazing staff and service. I commend, in particular Oak in north-west Calgary for service for its location. I have been extremely impressed with its amazing staff and service. I commend, in particular, Kenton Rogerson, Service Advisor, and Kim Van Dyck, Audi Brand Specialist, for their exceptional welcoming and professional services. I am a health care professional, bought brand new Audi from this dealersh Royal oak Audi is a terrible dealership. It is run by bunch of Idiots. I am a health care professional, bought brand new Audi from this dealership, They sold me a faulty car. It has braking issue from day 1 , they kept changing the break pads for 2 years but could not fix the problem and neither accepted or acknowledged the problem. I fully cooperated with their recommendations for 2 years, finally they offered me a trade with $10,000 discount and gave me a quotation when I went to BMW in the neighborhood for a second opinion (I was given almost same quotation and also I was told that Rick Brewski from Audi said that they will not buy this car as it has breaking issue). I took the Car to Glenmore Audi and had similar experience dealing with them later I learnt that both dealerships have joint businesses and hence no difference and there is a serious conflict of interest. Since I bought a new BMW and never going back to these dealerships. Government need to regulate all car dealerships to avoid public suffering from these scams. More
