We spotted an Audi S8 for sale at Richmond Audi by chance when we were visiting Vancouver from Calgary. Jim welcomed us into the dealership and showed us the vehicle in detail. He also offered us to bring the vehicle out of the showroom for a test drive, which was very helpful to learn more about the car. We decided to purchase the vehicle on the spot. Jim and Tony, the sales manager, supported us through the whole process, which was a bit complicated as we would be trading in a rare vehicle in a different city. However, everything went very smoothly. I went back to Vancouver about three weeks after initially seeing the S8 to take delivery. Before I arrived at the dealership, Jim had already set up the account for myaudi for me. Jim spent around two hours in the car thoroughly going through all the features and settings of the vehicle. I have purchased vehicles from a lot of different brands and dealerships. The purchasing experience at Richmond Audi is the best that I have experienced.
