Jim Wan was our salesman, a very nice, smart young man, that never over promised, and when he did not know something 100% he investigated and got back to us right away. Jim has great follow up and always made us feel very comfortable, he took lots of time to go through everything with my wife in particular, as she likes lots of details and he explained everything in as long as it took, without reservation.
