You know you are buying a quality Audi that has been thoroughly checked over and anything that doesn't meet CPO standards are fixed. We added an optional extended warranty for piece of mind and now have a near new (for us) Audi at a significant saving over purchasing new. This is the best balance between new and used. Initially we were told by reception that we would have to wait to see a salesperson, and it would be about 25 min. We were put off by that at first. We did end up dealing with Jim, and well.. it was worth t wait to see a salesperson, and it would be about 25 min. We were put off by that at first. He stayed 1 hour later, while all his coworkers were gone, he didn’t rush us. We ended up buying a 2019 Q3 the next day with him. When we did, he gave us a detailed understanding of all the features of the car, and was patient and pleasant during the entire process.
