Ok Wein's Canada, it has been over a month since I sent the follow up email to "customersupport@weinscanada.com" .... and I have not yet heard from anyone at Weins. I seriously question your statement ... "The experiences of our guests are of the utmost importance to us... " when your organization can't perform basic auto maintenance, and then, when called out for it, can't respond to a simple email in a timely manner. You'll forgive me if I'm skeptical that Audi of Oakville and/or Weins Canada has any respect for its customers anymore, but maybe you can prove me wrong. I'm still waiting.

Ok, so it is now July 2023. In March Audi Oakville stated "we’d like to have the opportunity to look into your concerns further" and still I have not heard from them. Then in April 2023 Wein's Canada had not responded to my email after one month. Well, it has now been 4 months, and I am still waiting Weins.
