I wanted to personally take the time to thank Kevin Dejean for providing an exceptional customer service experience during what could have been one of the most frustrating situations for a car owner. I brought my car into Audi London when a service light came on. Immediately upon arriving with my vehicle in at the dealership, Kevin listened to my concerns and took ownership of being the key contact until the car was repaired and all issues were resolved. Kevin ensured that at each step of the way (and when progress milestones were achieved) that I was notified and provided updated timelines of the status of my car. Kevin helped provide a spare/rental car for my use while my car was being repaired at no cost to me, he dealt directly with the warranty company and made the entire process easy for me. Even though it took just over two months of prime summer time for my car to be repaired, the experience was made much better by the personal attention and care that Kevin gave. I am very grateful for the time and support that Kevin provided throughout the process and feel that he should be highlighted for providing truly exceptional customer service and care.
