Our appointment was set up by Debb Anderson at the dealership. Fortunately, the issue was not as bad as we anticipated and, even though we signed for repairs to be made, the service technician did not proceed because he deemed it unnecessary. We appreciated that! Debb contacted us several times to confirm the appointment, set up a loaner car for the day, to tell us what was going on, etc. We appreciated her communication and feedback at every step of the way. My request for booking an appointment was handled by Debb Crawford.I have dealt with Debb in the past and always find her to be very professional with regard to the Audi brand service protocol ,and she does it in a very welcoming and personal manner. She is very thorough in checking how she can offer that added touch, like searching to see if there are any outstanding recall issues.I am very impressed with her immediate follow through and follow-up in communication.A true star in the Audi service team.
