Customer Service - Fail The Service department is the worst I ever dealt with. Will never go here again. Happy to travel across town to use a different Audi team. Worst service experience ever! I can't believe how unprofessional this dealership is. I have driven Audi's for years and always had them serviced in Vancouver until Langley opened. I can't believe how unprofessional this dealership is. I have driven Audi's for years and always had them serviced in Vancouver until Langley opened. These guys are horrible, not only could they not fix my car after a week I got so frustrated I am now going to drive over an hour to take it to a dealer with professional staff. These people don't even call you for updates you have to chase them and oh yeah, if you're getting one of their courtesy cars make sure you go straight to the gas station as they will have no gas in them. After three times getting their courtesy cars they all come with NO gas. Really? They really need some training on how to act and look professional as well as treat their customers. Never going back! incompetent, inefficient & unfriendly: forgot anything? This dealership is a joke! Can’t believe they are representing Audi! Even Lada would give better service, Kia would smoke them. I ended up in Chilliwack, 300km from home, with an unfixable tire and no possibility of getting a replacement (my Audi TTRS mounts very specialized ultra low profile tires, simply unavailable in a retail setting, particularly as a winter tire). Audi roadside Assist was excellent in getting the car flatbedded to Audi Langley, 40 km away. There, late on a Saturday afternoon, Jessi Niver, the service rep, went out of her way to do everything she could to get me going. She found me a loaner at the lasdt minute, when none was apparently available. She agreed to store my car indoors until Monday. She arranged to put me on the 'first-thing Monday morning' list to install two of my summer tires. She was positive and helpful in every way. On Monday, Service Manager Sylvan Greig assured that the work was done on my car quickly and efficiently, I was able to carry on my trip. Audi Langley provided the kind of caring, helpful customer service one hopes for but rarely receives. I recommmend them highly and enthusiastically. More

Pretending to care They all pretend to care, but once you drop off your car the entire service department is like a bunch kids working at Mc Donalds. Called 4 times and They all pretend to care, but once you drop off your car the entire service department is like a bunch kids working at Mc Donalds. Called 4 times and they said service department was busy and would call me back, but never did. They really need to send there staff out to Vancouver locations and learn this is an Audi dealership, not some privatley owned 20 car lot. Definitely would not go for service at this so called Audi dealership. More

Wasted DAYS here when I could have just taken my car elsewhere and had it fixed same day. Sylvan was absolutely terrible. The receptionist told me they had a courtesy car available for me on Sunday I could pick up. Then he calls Saturday 1 minute before close (no eggaderation) to tell me that I can't have the courtesy car, there are none and that they'll take a look at my car Monday. (Dropped off Friday night) Monday I told them I wanted to go somewhere else and I would just pick up my car. He said he'd call me when he had a price for me on what they already did. They took all day to call me back so I just came there to pick up my car. I saw the guy hand him my keys, but he chose to stay with another customelr for 30 minutes before allowing me to leave. He couldn't be bothered to give my keys to someone else to finish my transaction. Keep in mind they didn't even do anything to My car, they broke the lock and put the spare on. This process takes a max of 20 minutes. It's now been 3 days. I should have read the other reviews. Also when I was calling to ask about my car, they would say they were all busy. I had to show up just so they would give me my car back. Not to mention on the Friday night when I dropped it off they were super rude and unhelpful and made me make two trips for absolutely no reason. I actually can't believe someone with so many bad reviews is still employed. will never be back to this location. More

How did my brake pads get to 10mm (brand new) when were at 8mm 15,000 km ago? My clutch burned out a week after servicing, I can only wonder if a road test by a qualified expert could've saved my the cost of a flywheel. Then they told me its "about right" to need a new clutch on a car that's 2 years old. Sure it is. More
Had an issue with Sylvan but Pete took care of things, not. Started out on the wrong foot but Pete was able to come in and straighten out the entire fiasco. Turns out, the mess they created was never cleaned up, and now I have to start this whole process over again. More
Amazed at how horrible the overall customer service is here! First, I would just love it if once, just once, I could reach someone, anyone on the telephone. It's impossible and incredibly frustrating. Today was yet another brutal example of trying to reach someone in their service department to try and schedule and appointment. I tried calling 3 times during my lunch hour and 4 more times during the course of a half hour at 4pm. (it kept bouncing back to the receptionist), I finally drove over there and explained I had been in an accident earlier in the day and feared the car was mechanically unsafe. Service rep said the earliest they could get me in, if I wanted a loaner vehicle (which I hadn't asked for) was mid-February. I said that wouldn't work as I couldn't be without a vehicle for 1 month. I clarified that I didn't need the loaner. His response was that the next appointment was in 7 days. I asked to book it and said in the meantime I would call every dealership in the LMD to find a quicker appointment as again, I had hit something fairly hard and was certain their was damage to the front undercarriage and wheels/steering mechanism and felt it was unsafe to drive any distance. He was unphased at the thought of me taking my business elsewhere. I then ask that he check on my file for a note indicating there should be outstanding work to be done from my last service. In October, I went in for regular servicing. At that time, I asked to get rid of the sour smell in my car which I was a common problem and due to condensation build up in some line and that it would be fixed by flushing it and running a solution through the line. The car came back a the end of the day and the smell was still there. Then as soon as I left the bay, my engine light came on so I immediately re-entered the shop and the service rep had their tech check it. I was told they had ruptured a line (a different one), that the technician had patched or fixed it temporarily and that they would order the part, which was not on hand and call me to come back. For my troubles, service rep said he would take care of the smell in the car and flush/clean the line as I had previously asked. I didn't ask for any special deals as I understand that these things happen. Two weeks later, I left for 1 month holidays when I returned, my husband said he we never received a call from Audi about any service follow ups. When I was in today, I asked about this part. My bad, I didn't recall what it was called but figured it should be on my file. It was not. Service rep said he would check the hard copy of my work order which was stored in their records. He called me a short time later and said there was no record of that particular issue on the work order however it did indicate I was missing both front wheel bolt covers and the engine cover gromets. This was news to me. He said I could come down there and IF they had the part, they would get that on there for me. (Shouldn't he check before he makes that comment?). The phone issue I indicated above is but one example. 2 weeks ago, I called to get a phone number for the finance company. The receptionist has no idea what the number was or even who the finance company might be and only the finance manager would be able to provide it. I called at least 8 times throughout the course of the day and all my calls transferred to him went unanswered or bounced back to the receptionist who was at a loss as to what else she could do. She took my name and number and I never received a call back. I also went online and asked for this information via their contact email on their web page. I received about 4 replies the following day. By this time, I had found the number via other means. More
