Service department would not return repeated requests to refund a patched tire which should’ve been covered under Audi care. Engine warning light came on and couldn’t get an appointment or get through to an refund a patched tire which should’ve been covered under Audi care. Engine warning light came on and couldn’t get an appointment or get through to anyone at the desk during opening hours. I was told I would have to wait a week and there was no cancellation waiting list and that my car would be fine. It’s currently having issues and shuddering. I’m so glad I called Burnaby and they got me in same day and were concerned about a check engine light on and took the time to ask questions and ensure I would have proper transportation lined up in case it took longer than expected. I wouldn’t waste your time going here! More

Shop elsewhere On October 17,2018 I bought a brand new Q5 worth approximately $70,000. On October 27 I noticed a small ding on the passenger side door in a creased a On October 17,2018 I bought a brand new Q5 worth approximately $70,000. On October 27 I noticed a small ding on the passenger side door in a creased area. I called Langley Audi and spoke with Manny who told me to come in on November 9 and the "ding guy" would fix it. I show up on time and was advised no one knew who I was and no appointments had been scheduled. The service guy was friendly enough and took pictures of the damage and emailed them to the ding guy. He advised that it would need to go to an autobody shop as his tools wouldn't be able to access that part of the door. He advised that I would receive a call to schedule a courtesy car and that Audi would take care of me. A few days later I received a call from Manny who was extremely rude advising that he would not be fixing my car and that it probably happened on my own time. I explained to Manny that I was very particular about my vehicles and that it had been parked in my private garage. Manny continued to raise his voice stating he was not going to help me. I advise Manny that I had just spent over 70k and that I would be utilizing social media to make my point. Manny advised do what you have to do. I will never ever visit this dealer again! More
Very disappointing! I have gone to the Langley audi dealership a few times for service and it always takes forever to get an appointment and when you take your car in it I have gone to the Langley audi dealership a few times for service and it always takes forever to get an appointment and when you take your car in it takes them all day to complete a service. Recently I had an issue with my car where something was leaking and it isn’t driveable, I called audi to book an appointment and the looked up my file and said oh your warranty has expired. They basically couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough and told me to try to find a third party repair shop. Very poor customer service. Sooo.. I called Capilano Audi, they were very pleasent and booked me an appointment for the next day. The only Audi dealership I will buy a new car from or go to for service is Capilano audi. More

I think this is a great indicator of the level of service. More
