I want to file a complaint against Nissan Richmond at 13220 Smallwood Place. I bought Nissan Kicks which was a demo vehicle. Price on the website including taxes and fees is around $28k whereas they ch 13220 Smallwood Place. I bought Nissan Kicks which was a demo vehicle. Price on the website including taxes and fees is around $28k whereas they charge me $31103 saying that we overcharge from the total MSRP. Secondly the sales agent Sahil Rana told me that as this is a demo vehicle, he will reduce $1000 from the final amount as well, he asked me that if I need any value added services, extended warranty, dash cam front and rear and window tint. I refused and said no I don’t need these services in my punjabi language as I don’t speak English, sales agent was talking in punjabi with me, but even after my refusal they added the amount into my final bill. So when I arrived home I realised that they overcharged me and fraudulently sold the vehicle to me at a price of $41797 for a car which was at their website including taxes and fees of $28000. I am also patient with depression, this incident has made my mental state worse. More
