I am not rating the product, I am very happen with the new rock creek rogue, I love nussan vehicles, this is number 5 i have purchased over the years, this is rating the dealership. their service to get y new rock creek rogue, I love nussan vehicles, this is number 5 i have purchased over the years, this is rating the dealership. their service to get you to buy was great, but once the sale is completed it is like you do not exist. calls not returned, even though arrangements were made for them to call and avise to correct a few minor things, all the promises in the world made but not kept. I had to keep calling or visiting the dealership to follow up myself. Not the level of after sales service i am used to expect. I have moved to another nissan dealership for service , purchases and any warranty if required. By all means I reccomend buying a Nissan, just choose a more professional and customer dedicated dealership. Once they have your money you will be forgotten. Kevin Rallings Richmond Hill More
Purchased SUV in Sep 2024. Initially I was told the car battery and 4 tires will be replaced. After spending hours in finalizing the deal, I was told they had made a mistake a Initially I was told the car battery and 4 tires will be replaced. After spending hours in finalizing the deal, I was told they had made a mistake and will have to charges me $1000-$2000 extra to replace car battery and 4 tires. After escalation to their manager, they agreed they will honor the sale but they changed their narrative to that inspection report says tires and battery are fine and doesn't require replacement. When I brought the car home, right next day, the air pressure in all 4 tires keeps dropping to 20-23. I had to purchase 4 new tires. When I took the car to service the tires, he showed me the rear breakpad and routers were completely gone and need replacement. A few weeks later, the car won't start due to battery issues. Took for diagnosis and had to be replaced. I am concerned as I don't know what else needs to be changed in the car. I bought this car from Alta Nissan because it's dealer certified but certainly I cannot trust Alta Nissan. I believe in the Nissan Brand and like the car, just think the dealership cannot honor their words and meet Nissan Brand quality service. Will strongly NOT recommend dealership to anyone. More

Brought my car in for an oil change today with an appointment and with instructions that I would be waiting. It took 2.5 hours, and nobody notified me as to the extended wait. 1- I took my car there as the rear gear was not getting engaged and they told me they fixed it. When I checked it, it was not working, and I asked the sales person to check it and then he talked to service engaged and they told me they fixed it. When I checked it, it was not working, and I asked the sales person to check it and then he talked to service supervisor; They said they didn't fix it because it was an external issues and the customer should pay for it The invoice is available upon request for review which clearly states the issue is resolved and all gears are working !!! 2- The sensor at back bumper became loose as I used touchless car wash about 1 year ago and they said you have to drive like this until other sensors get damaged as one sensor can not be changed alone and for 6 months when using rear gear emergency brake activates as one sensor is loose. 3- One of the bottom on radio control doesn't work and they told me they will fix it 1-2 months after getting parts and now its 8 months. 4-When I took the car from dealership there was 50 km extra mileage on it comparing to mileage I recorded when the car was towed there and no explanation from dealership about it (for visit with sensors issue) More
