We are on our second new QX 60 that we got from Alta infinity. Both QX 60 are Lemons. When you buy or Lease a Vehicle they are your best friend after you leave the dealership with the Vehicle, they forg infinity. Both QX 60 are Lemons. When you buy or Lease a Vehicle they are your best friend after you leave the dealership with the Vehicle, they forget who you are. The sales rep. don't even return you calls or emails when you have a problem with your Vehicle. Some times We have to call and get updates on the vehicle to see if it ready for pick up. Don't waste your time with this place. In total 2 new vehicles been in the shop for 3 months replacing transmissions, trans axles, fuel pumps, fuel injectors, fuel rails, sensors etc..... Infinity call themselves a Luxury brand. I have owned 2 still waiting to see what Luxury is. Should of gone to BMW, MERCEDES or LEXUS to see what Luxury feel like in a car and in SERVICE. More

The customer service we received was atrocious. We were spoken to like children and type casted as though I wasn’t able to afford my purchase. I asked what the rate was at a shorter timeframe, to which Julie responded “well that’s going to cost more”. I also asked about a Car, to which she responded similarly “that’s going to cost you more”). Funny enough, I had purchased my current Infiniti from this dealership and had a positive experience, which is why I returned in the first place. On top of that, Julie must’ve been dealing with 2 or 3 clients at the same time. She was very rushed, very disorganized, and not informative at all about the cars I was looking at (QX50 and QX60). She was extremely hesitant to have my car appraised and suggested she call me back with how much my monthly payments would be. The only payment structure I was given was under terms with no trade in and no money down - which is not helpful at all. It seemed that Julie really only began to take us seriously when I got upset and mentioned we had just come from a BMW dealership and had a really good experience. After all this, I ultimately told Julie I had a very negative experience and had to leave. I am so frustrated and insulted by my experience here that I will never return (not even for service) More

Hard to believe Dear Infiniti Canada, I would like to voice concern over how my family and I were treated at the Alta Inifinti location in Woodbridge, ON. We were Dear Infiniti Canada, I would like to voice concern over how my family and I were treated at the Alta Inifinti location in Woodbridge, ON. We were very interested in purchasing an Infiniti Qx50, however after never driven an infinite car in the past nor knew much about the car itself, we were hoping to find help at the dealership. We test drove the vehicle and were impressed with the drive. Unfortunately, we were introduced to Julie Gulati a sales representative there who was very rude to myself and my family. I came to the dealership with my husband and my 6 year old kids and I was taken aback and extremely offended by the way I was treated by her and her choice of language. We spent 10mins at her desk and she started to take a very abrasive tone with us. For instance, her comments were, "I don't want to waste my time with you and this xxxx, this is the price of the car you can take it or leave it." She then stood up and walked away to pretend to care for another matter of hers. She then returned to us and said, "I have many appointments today, I don't need this xxxx." As an adult, I can handle how people react, however when it comes to having children exposed to that kind of treatment, something needs to be done. I was floored by this interaction and wonder if this was just a one off or how the Infiniti company deals with customers as a common sales tactic - pretending not to have time for customers then going so far as to use foul language in front of children. Bad experience I used to be very loyal customer with one G37 and two Q50s mainly because of design, power and warranty coverage. Well, the latter turns out to be fa I used to be very loyal customer with one G37 and two Q50s mainly because of design, power and warranty coverage. Well, the latter turns out to be fake(. I came to Alta on October 3, 2019 at 5 pm to report missing pin from lower cover plastic box of air filter. I saw it when I changed a filter (I changed air filters on all 3 infinies and consider myself experienced and confident in doing it. Never had a problems with filters issues and all my cars are spotless, scratch less, neat and free of defects ALWAYS) Marcelo, service advisor, has found out that the pin isn’t missing but broken. Whether it’s been broken by other dealership, by me or came broken when I received a car I have no idea neither Marcelo. The only one thing I can say it’s broken because of poor quality of the part (to break this pin you need to apply high pressure and might break the whole box). Never mind I was treated by Marcelo like liar who try to hide dirty stuff, I was pissed off by his attitude probably approved by management as well. ALWAYS provide very loyal customers like myself with benefit of the doubt, especially if they have clean history of warranty claims. Never come back to infiniti! More
Excellent Customer Service I have been dealing with Alta Infinity since 2014 and Barry Snyder helped me with my first lease. I recently picked up my QX60 and Q50S a couple weeks I have been dealing with Alta Infinity since 2014 and Barry Snyder helped me with my first lease. I recently picked up my QX60 and Q50S a couple weeks ago from Barry. Barry is an excellent sales associate who attended to us with professionalism, his knowledge, as well as his friendly nature and always looked for our best interests in terms of giving us the best deals. Ben was also very helpful in terms of technology for both vehicles and made sure he went through each and every feature with me about the vehicles in a very friendly and professional manner. I will definitely recommend Alta Infinity to my family and friends but particularly Barry and Ben for being especially down to earth and providing such a great experience. More
