Amazing sales experience We went to the Ajax Nissan dealership after looking/visiting a Kia and Honda dealership as well as looking at auto trader for used cars. We were looking for a sub-compact. 7 years ago we bought a Nissan Versa from the Ajax Nissan location. After checking out the cost for a new Versa and the current financing costs, we decided to go with a new Versa. We had already decided on the car and it was only a matter of getting a little bit off the list price, that made the final decision easy for us. Our sales person, Jeff Julien, was what really sold us on the car. He has a easy going manner, no high-pressure, up-selling kind of attitude. He understood that we weren't looking for all the bells and whistles and helped us reach the decision we made. The dealership didn't have the specific colour that we wanted. we waited less than a week for the car to be delivered to Ajax. Jeff stayed in touch with us at every point and was happy to phone or text us with new info as it became available about the arrival of our car. Would highly recommend dealing with Jeff. The finance person, Michael Mak (?) was also personable and made the whole process of buying our car easy. More
