I am so thankful for the experience I received at Ajax Mazda. When I walked into the Ajax Mazda my first thought was, this place is clean, their staff greeted me instantly, they offered me beverages, and their cars and products were displayed perfectly. I knew walking into Mazda that I wanted to look at the 2016 CX-5. I was torn between buying a Chevy Equinox and a Mazda CX-5. My previous car was a Chevy model. I was familiar with their cars and their reputation. Then, i met one of the Ajax Mazda Sales Representatives names Hameed. Immediately, I felt I like this man. He did not fit the classic aggressive stero types of a cars sales men. I told him exactly what I was looking for and that I was torn between two cars. What really made me choose to buy my car that exact day was all in the way Hameed made me feel comfortable. I could tell when Hameed was explaining the cx-5 features to me that he believed in this product. He believed in Mazda and eveything they stood for. I had doubts and worries, but Hameed answered every question I had. He did not pressure me to make any decision I did not want to make. He basically held my hand and walked me through this transaction and for that I personally want to to thank him. If I was an owner of Mazda, Hameed is the type of employee I would want to employ. He was friendly and welcoming. He knew every Mazda models features, warranties, safety features, he was knowledgeable about Mazda's competitors. But, most of all he walked around with pride and was proud to work for Mazda. His belief in Mazda is what made me so confident to believe in Mazda. I am truly happy that I purchased a Mazda model. I love my new car and it was one of the best decisions I have made in my adults years. Thank you to the Ajax Mazda dealership for your hospitality and making my experience with you all one I will not forget. Outstanding Service Experience To Mr. Brad Rawlinson, Geoff Thompson and especially Andy in Service, Last week I was at Ajax Mazda for an appointment. After everything got done I To Mr. Brad Rawlinson, Geoff Thompson and especially Andy in Service, Last week I was at Ajax Mazda for an appointment. After everything got done I was talking to Brad on my way out, and asked him to refer me to someplace nearby to get a stone chip fixed on my windshield. Brad graciously offered fix it for me right there and then, and he told me they offer that service which I didn't know. Given that he's known me for a long time now and always been great to deal with, I'm very loyal to the dealership, he offered to do it for no charge since I was already there. It turned out that that the windshield had to be replaced, because the chip was too big. Even though it wasn't their fault and they were doing me a favour, they were extremely apologetic about it. Not only that, but I had to be at a meeting across the city, they even offered to give me a loaner car so I wouldn't be late. Here's the kicker, since they'd originally told me it would be fast, they didn't want to charge me the cost to replace and install the windshield. I basically had to insist to pay some of the cost, but they wouldn't charge me what they should have because they do business the right way. There's not enough great words I could use to recommend this dealership highly enough. They are outstanding, professional and I would say to anyone shopping for a car to go to Ajax Mazda.
