I can see the difference the new management is making. I was impressed with the SErvice Advisor. He answered my questions. I was concerned about my brakes making a noise and he assured me that it was jus I was impressed with the SErvice Advisor. He answered my questions. I also liked that someone there FINALLY took my concern about the gas tank neck rusting. I had asked for help with this under the warranty in April 2016 and no one did a thing about it. I can see the new staff are more dedicated to their jobs and doing what a service advisor is supposed to do instead of trying to get customers to buy into repairs that aren't necessary! I also like that my car was washed! More

My Dad and I went to a few dealerships in one day and Ajax Hyundai was our last stop. Within 10 minutes of sitting with Samir, he showed us a 2012 Kia Forte that sparked our interest - great price, low KM, no claims and a nice colour. We took it for a spin and I was sold. I told the dealership I needed the car in a few days (since I had to go back to the States) and they made sure the car was ready for me. I had a great experience. It was the second car my family has purchased from this dealership in the past year. My Dad and I were looking for a car that was a great value and we found it at Ajax Hyundai! My only complaint is that they didn't clean the outside as well as I thought they would have. It had some dirt along the bottom and some marks on the body that started coming off after it rained. Besides that - no complaints. More

Fix one thing. Break another. AH forgot to return the wheel lock key so I had to make multiple trips to get a key before installing winter tires at another mechanic. AH flushed brake fluid but forgot to reconnect bleeder, fluid drained out, brake light came on, no apologies / compensation but they did fix the problem no charge. thanks. More
