Awful service I came in for an oil change at 10 am, and they told me that the oil change was moved to 10:30. I said it was fine and they offered me a ride to anywhe I came in for an oil change at 10 am, and they told me that the oil change was moved to 10:30. I said it was fine and they offered me a ride to anywhere i wanted to go to in the durham region. They said it would take 1 and a half hours to 2 hours tops because their system was down. But when i returned three hours later, they informed me that they hadnt even started on my car yet. On top of that, the lady in the front, dressed very unfashionably, scowled at me for no reason while i was waiting. There was free popcorn and i was just minding my owne business eating it and she gave me a dirty look amd said “dont do that.” She did not say anything to anyone else. I would not reccomend ANYONE to come to this location. The service is unimaginably awful. More
