Some information about costs and payments was confusing, and I did not feel properly supported after the sale. Buying a car should be an exciting and stress-free experience, but mine was frustrating and disappointing. I recommend future buyers double-check all paperwork, fees, and agreements before finalizing anything. I hope the dealership improves its customer service and communication so other customers can have a better experience. 2nd. I had a disappointing experience dealing with Eric at Airdrie Honda. During our conversation, I felt uncomfortable because he tried to put words in my mouth and misrepresent what I was saying. Instead of listening carefully to my concerns, the discussion felt pressured and confusing. As a customer, I expect clear communication, honesty, and respect, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope the dealership improves its customer service and focuses more on understanding customers rather than pushing their own narrative. To be honest with Eric, he is lying to me. The car they listed on the website for $18890 was in the bill of sale for $21890.00, so my advice to whoever reads this review is to be careful of this dealership. More

Yesterday I purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander from Airdrie Honda. I paid $499 + GST for what they call “Premium Delivery”. This service was supposed to include full detailing of the car hence the high Airdrie Honda. I paid $499 + GST for what they call “Premium Delivery”. This service was supposed to include full detailing of the car hence the high cost. After paying for the vehicle and plates, and a long delay even though we had an appointment and they had a week to get things ready, we went to take Premium Delivery! I started looking around the vehicle and when I opened the driver side door the side and bottom of it was covered in dirt. I started look at the other doors and the back hatch door, all of which had dirt on the sides and at the bottom. The salesperson offered to run and get a cloth to clean off the dirt, “Please give me 30 minutes and I’ll wipe it off” he said. This is not Detailing a vehicle! I had also spent enough time, over 75 minutes just getting to this point, trying to take delivery of the vehicle as they also had a made a mistake getting the plates and had to go back to get them. I had had enough of this company! We took the car. It was with great interest, but unfortunately after the fact that I noticed other people mentioning this same issue with Airdrie Honda. Apparently, they like to take your money for the “Premium Delivery”, they just don’t like to supply the service. Do not pay for the service! More

I actually had a terrible experience with this dealership, they upsell you on the anti-theft and the 4 way protection which they claim is mandatory by the dealership but in reality due to the cust dealership, they upsell you on the anti-theft and the 4 way protection which they claim is mandatory by the dealership but in reality due to the customers obliviousness they fall for it. It’s a typical dealership where when it comes to the price they will always choose the dealership and please everyone negotiate the price, the price is already set considering a customer is going to negotiate. Look at the MSRP before doing the deal. Also get everything in writing, especially the delivery date because they promise you one thing but it always leads to a disappointment. Atleast with writing you have proof to defend your case against the dealership. So, I have nothing against the dealership or the salesman just use common sense and understand this is sales at the end of the day so, protect your self and put your interest first. Also, be careful with the sales manager Vashal he got to that position for a reason so, again go into a deal knowing all the facts and NEGOTIATE!!! More
