He was so friendly, kindly gave me two rides from Calgary to Airdrie, first one to go there and have a look at the car and second one to pick up my car. I received the most friendly atitude as the salesman from Lance and the best atitiude for negotiating on price from Mike, and all these followed up a helpful and efficient purchasing process from Lance and Brandon. All of these were wrapped up by a quick and effective orientation from Ian on using my car and dealing with it. However, it was not the end. I received Lance's followups once in a while with my experince with my new car. I should add that I wanted to finish the purchasing process and pick up the car in the same day due to my inflexible work schedule. All people in Honda Airdrie were of great help in this process. Dishonest & unempthatic I went in to buy a new Honda HrV. Purchased end of September was told I would receive the vehicle before Christmas. Beginning of October I received th I went in to buy a new Honda HrV. Purchased end of September was told I would receive the vehicle before Christmas. Beginning of October I received this text from my sales employee "Hey Raena it's just Cody from Airdrie Honda. I just wanted to send you a quick text and let you know some very good news. My managers were able to pull a few strings and we managed to get your HRV a little sooner then expected. Instead of waiting 2 months yours should be at our dealership within the next couple weeks! ". I was ecstatic to hear the good news and couldn't wait for my vehicle to arrive, I also had made arrangements to sell my current vehicle to a separate third party. I waited patiently for a couple weeks I still hadn't heard from anyone from the dealership. On the 20th of October I reached out to Cody asking for an update of when my vehicle would arrive the reply I received was "Hey it should be here fairly soon it. As soon as its here we will call you right away and set up the date for pick up!". November 8th comes along I had texted again to find out what was going on by now it had been four weeks from when I had purchased my vehicle. I got a call back from the sales manager saying good news we will have your car in by the end of November! I was confused by the sudden date change. I informed him that I would have now had my car two weeks ago and had received a text from Cody. Wayne automatically said we wouldn't have told you that. Now feeling a little frustrated as I felt he was suggesting I had lied and was not taking my comment seriously. None the less I thanked him for calling me and looked forward to receiving my car at the end of November like promised. The month of November goes by. During this time I am also making arrangements to sell my current vehicle which I sell on the beggining of december. Trusting that airdrie Honda will be true to its word of delivering me my car I had patiently waited for. This decision now will apparently make me "carless" until March of 2016. On December 1st I again reach out to Cody via text and he says he's not in work he will follow up the next day, I wait a couple days still haven't heard from anyone. On the Saturday of that week I get a call from Wayne saying that he was looking on the Honda Canada system and it seems my car has just "disappeared" and that he will be following up with Honda Canada to find out what the situation is and that he was expecting my car to be here by December 11. I call back the following Monday for clarification he is now saying that there was a recall on my car and that I would now have to wait until March. I explained how I felt inconvenienced and that I had sold my car last week. Wayne didn't even try to rectify the situation at hand. He just tried to sell me a higher model of the car I was looking for at a higher price. At this point I didn't want anything to do with this manager who is obviously unempathetic unaccomidating and not honest when dealing with customers. I wasted my time and now I'm left carless until I purchase else where. Nothing was done by the dealership for this inconvenience. I will not be coming back to this dealership or recommending them to anyone else. More

I was in the market for a new SUV and it was on my consideratio I came in to take a look at the 2016 Pilot Touring as part of my comparison shopping. I was in the market for a new SUV and it was on my consideration list. Shaddy was the salesperson assigned to me. He was very helpful, friendly, and patient. When I decided a few days later that I wanted to go with the Pilot, he got back to me right away and we wrote up the deal. I was impressed at how both Shaddy and Patrick negotiated on my behalf to get me a fair trade value for my car. Unfortunately my car was delayed due to production issues, but I was kept informed along the way of how things were progressing. Brandon in Finance went above and beyond answering my questions and checking on the status of my vehicle. Before, during, and after the sale I was introduced to management as well as the service department. Ian THOROUGHLY went over everything in the car with my husband and I before we took it home, which was much appreciated as this car is a technological marvel. I am just so impressed with the entire dealership. It was so refreshing for me as my previous dealership was rude and dismissive.
