She made us feel like we were the only ones that mattered. She was straight forward and answered our questions directly, which allowed us to trust her. The whole process was smooth and simple, in fact I thought they must be missing something, this is way to easy, I don't remember ever purchasing a vehicle with no hassles. I've always been hesitant (worse than going to a dentist) when purchasing a vehicle and felt like I was being taken advantage of or mocked, but this experience has totally changed my opinion.
