There was never any pressure, we were treated like intelligent beings able to make informed decisions, and trusted to look over the vehicle without the dealer standing over us as we talked and made decisions. The best part was that our dealer did not run back and forth playing the bidding game. He was up front with the price he could give us, and gave us a fair price for our trade in. She made us feel like we were the only ones that mattered. She was straight forward and answered our questions directly, which allowed us to trust her. The whole process was smooth and simple, in fact I thought they must be missing something, this is way to easy, I don't remember ever purchasing a vehicle with no hassles. I've always been hesitant (worse than going to a dentist) when purchasing a vehicle and felt like I was being taken advantage of or mocked, but this experience has totally changed my opinion.
