Trust factor is shaken Had my truck in for regular service and when I picked it up some change on my dash had been taken. Only a couple dollars but the trust of: Are they giving me sound advise? Are they replacing parts that don’t need replacing? What else has been taken from my truck over the years that I hadn’t notoces? Maybe this is a one time event but nonetheless my confidence in Airdrie Dodge has plummeted. More

Oil change and Out Of Province inspection. Oil change service was reasonable and front staff was friendly and professional. Out of province was a big disappointment; would NOT recommend! Five Star Dealership Yesterday I purchased a new 2019 Dodge Ram Bighorn. The salesman Jim was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The finance guy, Adam, was Yesterday I purchased a new 2019 Dodge Ram Bighorn. The salesman Jim was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The finance guy, Adam, was also very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Other staff at the dealership were welcoming and professional. I have had previous dealings with the service department (Vanessa) and was very impressed with the quick and accurate service. The new re-designed 2019 Ram is very nice. Smooth, quite ride and seems to have lots of power. There are possibly more extra electronics than I may ever used. I have only driven it 200 KM. and will update this review once I drive more. The only reason I gave 4 stars to the "price" was due to a under quoted price on the extended warrantee and the high document fee. They did upgrade the tonneau cover because the dealership was not happy with the fit of the one they had quoted to me. More
