Go in for a normal service and end up with $1500 in 'needed repairs' constantly. Second opinion and half these problems aren't problems at all. The straw the broke the camel's back was that my 'brakes were unsafe and too corroded' the discs were rusty on the outside, but other than a few flecks on them they were fine, and the calipers hat lots of wear left. I will never buy from these guys again, nor will I ever buy a Mazda again. More

Very dissapointing. I arrived at the pre-arranged time (7:30pm) after a 40 minute drive to get there, and was greeted with the news that the car had sold that morning to another customer. At no time in the day, did the salesperson have the courtesy to inform me that the car was no longer there. He then proceeded to try to convince me to consider a different higher-priced vehicle that he still had on the lot. Bait and switch? This was followed by a rambling sales pitch, highlighted when he insinuated that Hyundai/Kia cars are not worthy of owning, clearly failing to recall that I was there to trade in my trusty, reliable, and well-enjoyed Hyundai Elantra, as mentioned in my first email contact. Very disappointing. As a very large dealership with a likely very high turnover of vehicles, you'd be advised to double check that they actually have the car you are interested in before venturing out the door. More
I called ahead of time, was more or less guaranteed a price. I warned her not to waste my time - I show up and the manager practically laughs at the deal. My question was why they let me waste my time if price. I warned her not to waste my time - I show up and the manager practically laughs at the deal. My question was why they let me waste my time if the deal was such a joke. The sales person was overly friendly to the point that it was just straight out annoying and fake. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I don't even know how they're in business. More
This was the worst place I ever went. They made me wait two hours to fix my trunk which he fixes in 10 mins and sat down and ate us lunch. I really didn'y care cause I wasn't paying for it but they had th two hours to fix my trunk which he fixes in 10 mins and sat down and ate us lunch. I really didn'y care cause I wasn't paying for it but they had the worst service. The only good thing was the service advisors and the shuttle driver A+ to all if them. The mechanics are good as well except Rudy. I don't why they do why they do by I was the worst service I ever revived in my life and if you want to do any service make sure he doesn't touch your car More
