Dishonest sales. I corresponded through email about the purchase of a used car.The price was set and I agreed to make the almost 2 hour trip to see the car with the un I corresponded through email about the purchase of a used car.The price was set and I agreed to make the almost 2 hour trip to see the car with the understanding that I would be buying it providing there were not any issues.We took out the car and noticed a deep chip in the windshield that would no doubt not pass a safety. I sat down with the sales rep who made me sign a paper with the agreed upon price , to which I made the addition that the windshield must be replaced first.He sat with the sales manager for 15 minutes or so, then returned to tell me that someone else had made an offer $1500 higher and I would have to top it. My second choice would be to take another car that was 2 years older with 32,000 km more than the original one that we were looking at for the same price of the original car that we had come to terms upon. So,I returned home empty handed, half a gas tank poorer,shaking my head as to how these people stay in business. More

Friendly service but lack of experience Friendly staff, it did not take long to complete the sale. When we picked up the car and drove home, we found out the entire entertainment app does n Friendly staff, it did not take long to complete the sale. When we picked up the car and drove home, we found out the entire entertainment app does not work. So furious, thought we got a lemon car. My husband discovered an audio fuse was missing. We needed to take the car back to the dealership. We are still puzzled who was at fault not doing the Pre Delivery Inspection. More

Secondly, I have made repeated attempts with communicating with this associate, who has ignored my calls and my emails. Would not recommend to any of my friends because of this bad experience. More
