I have been a long time customer of this p WARNING: To anyone thinking about bringing their car to get service at Agincourt Mazda...READ THIS FIRST. I have been a long time customer of this particular dealership and for the most part I thought the people that work there were honest and forthcoming. However this all changed last week when I brought my car in for a regular service. My Service Consultant was Lawrence Gomes and the Certified Technician was E. Cornwal. After brining my car in for service, Mr Gomes came out and said that I needed to replace my front struts saying it was leaking oil. He showed me where the oil was leaking (which I was skeptical, they could have put oil on it) but I had no reason not to think he was lying so I got them replaced. There were other things on the list that he said needed replacing. For example, he said my battery was on the verge of failing and my filters were excessively dirty, needed to be replaced and perform a HVAC. I did not get these done. Today I took my car for a second opinion on the battery and the mechanic did the test on the battery and said there was nothing wrong with my battery. Which leads me to believe Mr. LAWRENCE GOMES just blatantly lied to me. Or he is in cahoots with the Technician, E. Cornwal. Either way this type of business practice is unacceptable. Whether I needed new struts is not the issue. The issue is that your dealership is dishonest and it's out to SCAM people. I probably didn't need new struts but I have no proof on that but I do have proof that I didn't need a new battery and for that, MR. LAWRENCE GOMES you have lost all credibility, so I can only be skeptical about the struts. Whether you acted alone, or colluded with the technician to rip off customers, or this is how the management has told you to conduct business, either way this kind of customer service is ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT AND UNACCEPTABLE. I'm utterly dishearten and disappointed at both Agincourt Mazda and their staff. I hope that any potential customers thinking about taking your car here will think twice. This dealership DOES NOT value customer service and honestly. Their staff is not trustworthy. I'm sure I won't get a response but if I can prevent someone else from getting ripped off then this review was worth it. AGINCOURT MAZDA is not the place to take your car if you want an honest quote. If I could give them 0 stars I would but you can't so you get one star. Congrats. More

Never ever buy a car from this place Everybody in this dealership lie about almost everything. We bought Mazda 3 GT. We wanted it in black and we were told by Kurt (sales person) that the Everybody in this dealership lie about almost everything. We bought Mazda 3 GT. We wanted it in black and we were told by Kurt (sales person) that they have it. Once we signed the contract they told us few days after that they don't have it in black. They wanted us to take grey but we refused. And a month later they finally gave us the car in black. Then we go there for our first oil change which Kurt told us that the first one will we free but we still had to pay some because they only cover $25 which he never told us about. I will never buy Mazda again even if someone offer it for free just because of there poor customer service. I am very disappointed and regret buying car from them. More

purchase of new car I an not very happy with the experience. All the time during the negotiation I was talking to the sales person I was talkling about the differnt model I an not very happy with the experience. All the time during the negotiation I was talking to the sales person I was talkling about the differnt model(Mazdaa CX 5 GT), but after the deal was finalised I realised that she has put another model on thecontract paper. I did not read the contrect in detail and signed the contract. It was too late when I realised that I am going to get a lower model than I was looking for MAZDA CX 5 GS). I am very dissappoined. I very clearly told the sales person during the test drive that even I am test driving the GS model, I am going to buy GT, But I don"t know when she put GS instead of GT. More
