He was pleasant and accompanied us on the test drive. We purchased the truck and left it with Kurt to be detailed and have the rust on the roof racks buffed off. However, when we picked up the truck it had not been detailed at all. There is spills marks on backseat, a ring mark on the dash, some sticky gunk on the door of one of the compartments in the dash and multiple marks, scuffs that should of been easily removed during the detailing. Also there was no manual for the truck which I had to request it be mailed out to us. We are still waiting for it, but hope it will come soon. We rated our experience "two stars" In regards to recommending this dealership, There was nothing that made our buying experience worth recommending. More

Purchased a new vehicle November 2016 I did not know anything about Agincourt Mazda before choosing the dealership. I like the location, the dealership is fairly new, clean and bright. The first time I arrived I was greeted promptly by a sales representative (Vivian). She was friendly, welcomed me, and most importantly let me do the talking. She did not immediately try to sell me a vehicle. We talked quite a while then I asked to have a test drive. Without hesitation Vivian set up the test drive and away we went. I worked with Vivian via email and in person throughout the buying process. She was very patient with me and I'm sure she wondered if she would ever make a sale. Still, Vivian did not push me. Oh yes, she asked me directly when I would buy a vehicle, but I never felt pressured. During the actual deal signing meeting I had to meet with the finance department (Heeral). We enjoyed lively conversation and Heeral listened and was very accommodating of my needs. We came to an agreement which satisfied both of us. So far I am very pleased with my choice of Agincourt Mazda. Everyone at the dealership is pleasant and makes time to speak with customers whether they are actually dealing with them or not. I feel a genuine "family" atmosphere at the dealership. I have not had experiences with any other areas of Agincourt Mazda. If service and other facets of Agincourt Mazda are as easy to deal with, I look forward to a long relationship. More
